From Renovation to Scale

Grant Manukyan spent over a decade mastering Florida real estate from the ground up — acquiring, renovating, and selling residential properties across Broward County before turning his focus to development.

Where others saw distressed homes, Grant saw opportunity. That discipline — buying below market, building above expectation — became the foundation for a broader thesis: Florida's RV park market was fragmented, undersupplied, and completely overlooked by institutional capital.

In 2022, Grant founded Nova Park Life to pursue that thesis at scale. The goal: acquire entitled land, build institutional-quality RV parks, and lease them to professional operators — creating durable cash flow and equity appreciation for investors.
